This vacation villa in Meloneras has large spaces, a magnificent private pool and a jacuzzi, both with heating. On the main floor you will find a room with a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a closet, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a modern smart TV with international channels, Netflix connection, baby channels and a comfortable sofa-bed for 1-2 people. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen utensils, as well as direct access to the terrace and heated pool area.

On the second floor you will find another room with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and wardrobe, another room with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with a modern smart TV with international channels, Netflix connection, baby channels and a comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 people. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and kitchen utensils, as well as direct views of the sea.

On the incredible outdoor terrace with two rooms and privileged views you will find a large private heated pool measuring 7.00mx 3.80mx 1.40m, a private jacuzzi for 6 people with a spa and relaxation service, a barbecue with a place to eat, sun loungers and a chill-out area with white sofas.

The room is equipped with high-quality bedding and mattresses so you can relax and enjoy a great night's sleep. It also has air conditioning, high speed and unlimited wifi.

Cots and high chairs for babies are available, just let us know when booking.

The use of the pool and jacuzzi are included in the rent, but heating is not included in the price, with a maximum of 27-28°C for the pool and 45°C for the jacuzzi. The cost of putting the heating in the Jacuzzi is €25/day and in the pool it is also €25/day. If they wish to use both, the cost would be €50/day.

We recommend the use of a car to move around the area easily and comfortably. We offer a pick-up service at the airport and transfers during your stay, although you can also use the cheap taxis.

Please, keep in mind that this property is located in a residential area, so it is strictly forbidden to make noise that disturbs the neighbors.

What does this mean?

If you consider that the water is cold and you want it to be heated, you will have to pay an additional cost of 50 euros per day.

For example: you come home and take a dip in the pool, and you consider that the ambient temperature of the water is pleasant for you. That's ok.

A few days later, the weather changes and you start to feel cold when swimming. You can hire the pool heating service (25 euros per day).

The same goes for the jacuzzi (25 euros a day).

You can ask us what the weather is going to be like on the island before you arrive, so that we can advise you whether to hire it or not.
